question about cancer and molecullar biologyMy question are:
1.How about the mechanism or process of activating p21 with p53 ? 2.My second question are about cnacer, especially in the case of cervical cancer, how the mechanism of human papilloma virus (HPV) producing protein (E6) that binds an inactivates the apoptosis promoter p53? What they are caused ? 3.This question little bit out from your focus, How the detail mechanism of DNA isolate, and how about the differences between DNA isolate in the animal and DNA isolate in the plant ? Thank’s a lot for your attention. Hopefully, you can help me for answering the question.
1) The upstream region of P21 contains a p53 binding site. So i thought it was just transcriptional activation of the p21 gene by p53.
P53 also has p21-independent pathways btw Not sure about the second question, Im not sure i understand the last sentence. What they are caused? Doesn't make sense. Im guessing you mean - How they are caused? or what they cause? So how E6 binds and inactivates p53 and the consequence of this? It's always funny until someone gets hurt. Then it's just hilarious.
