What actually cause drug addiction? And how drug modifies or affect the chemcial reaction in the body?

why would he face withdrawal effects like watering of nose and eyes, vomiting, diarrhea, sleep disturbances, aches and pains and epileptic fits when he stopped consuming drugs?

Because your body has become reliant on the drug, so to feel normal you need to take the drug. So when you stop taking the drug the bodys first reaction is that it is not feeling normal so will go through the above processes!

It is the same as smoking or drinking coke when you first quit you get headaches but once the body realises it doesnt need these drugs it will start to rehabiliate itself!

The presence of drugs in your system is technically not the cause of the feeling of "high" when you take drugs. The drugs that people take to get high are chemicals that force the release of certain neurotransmatters (different for different drugs). These neurotransmitters are what cause the "high." It is when your body develops a need for the presence of these drugs to release the neurotransmitters that you become addicted to the drug.

There are notable exceptions where the body does not become addicted, but the mind does. Two drugs that I can think of off the top of my head are marijuana and "shrooms."

Magic mushrooms. Actually, having them at breakfast would be a cool way to start the day, maybe a bit mad but would open up your mind first thing in the morning. But as they are illegal I don't recommend it.

Sure becuase having parasites infest your liver is such a viable option, or better yet the adverse affects of having a hallucinate and opening them up onto society, yeah great logic. Look further into Fungi will you?

Honestly if you wish to learn about hallucinates start of with Dr hoffmans books, you will learn the Chemistry behind "his troubled child" and how it was only intended to be used under strict and responsible supervision. Perhaps even Aldous Huxleys "doors of perception, great read. Again, if you want to realize the chemistry behind them, and speak with actual knoweldgeable responses. I sure as hell wouldn't place any of that in body unless either hoffman conjured it up himself.

Ok. fair point maybe I shouldn't have responded with that comment. I do know enough about shrooms, their chemistry and more importantly their effect on the body. Check out this very informative site:
