smoking and high blood pressure (HELP!!!)

Does anyone of you know why smoking can cause high blood pressure? Can anyone please explain.

It constricts the transport medium of blood.

Can you tell me how? Is it because of the nicotine and all in cigarettes?

Nicotine causes the body to release Epinephrine into the bloodstream which acts as a vasoconstrictor.
