Identify thisHello,
Can somebody tell me precisely what kind of the mould or fungus is this? I attached several high resolution photo's to this topic. Here are YouTube video links of this creature: 1. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dbb6QQf6mOM 2. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jocP6cy8bkY It grows behind the door of my basement which we digged in the hill a year ago.
I'm sorry, you can't identify fungi by how it looks like. It's simply not possible. A very good mycologist might be able to give you maybe a handful of possibilities, but most certainly not make a positive ID. Why do you need to know?

I agree with MrMistery. It's almost impossible for identifying fungi (mold) just based from those photos. Usually mold identification uses Colony and Cellular Morphologies.
Maybe you can make pick a little spore from the mycelia and culture them in a cultue medium (Malt Extract Agar, or Czapeck Dox Agar) for at least 5 days until they grown well. After that, you can identify them by their Colony and Cellular Morphologies. Q: Why are chemists great for solving problems?
A: They have all the solutions.
