How far do you want to get? I believe they both have the same effect.
Living one day at a time;
Enjoying one moment at a time;
Accepting hardships as the pathway to peace;

They both have the similar effects.
It matters not how strait the gate
How charged with punishment the scroll
I am the Master of my fate
I am the Captain of my soul.

Noradrenaline is a precursor of adrenaline. It is why the level of noradrenalin is lower than adrenaline, because it will convert to adrenaline to take effect. But noradrenaline itself actually able to generate effect though.
