A self experimentModerator: BioTeam

A self experimentSo I decided to do a self experiment after a conversation about sex, masturbation and hormones during and after teen years with some people. The idea is to refrain from masturbating (this also includes sex) for 4 months and recording my experience on a blog online. I would like to get your opinions! Did you ever try this? Your results?
edit: Forgot to give my blog http://tafme.blogspot.com/
Why you would do this is beyond my understanding, as I am sure there have already been written thousands of books on the topic.
But anyway, a little piece of advice: if you really want to make it sound like a legit experiment, be as objective as possible in your evaluations. For example, do not state "I am excited about the experiment" "I have no intention of stopping anytime soon. I want to understand the universe and answer the big questions, that is what keeps me going" - Stephen Hawking
Re:
Hi, the reason I do this is to see what happens to me, my personality, my moods etc. I know it's not a real scientific experiment, but if you know any formal methods that can be used here I would love to hear from you!
Hah, 2 days. I know what you are talking about, I think this is a bad habit though. And no, I'm a guy and 19 years old.
Maybe you need a comparative study, do you have any friends who will happily masturbate like a trooper for four months.
Re: A self experimentYou might actually experience some "withdrawl" symptoms like grumpiness and aggressiveness. Don't mistake these for how you would normallly be if you never masturbated. It's a funny experiment, and nobody's really going to take you seriously, but that's ok. I applaud your inquisitiveness.
PS: stopher... lol What did the parasitic Candiru fish say when it finally found a host? - - "Urethra!!"
