what are the factors of consideration in DNA hybridization

For the hybridization I would say the specificity (100% match with target sequence) and amount of the probes (should be in excess..)
then maybe high washing temperature and low salt concentration to wash away the unspecific hybridization..

i have another question:
The amino acid sequence of a protein is known and i would like to find the gene encoding for this protein in a DNA library. Using this protein sequence, i found a particular DNA sequence that can encode for this protein. Why is it unwise to use only this DNA sequence that i found as the probe for isolating the gene encoding my protein of interest from the DNA library?

It is unwise because there are multiple codons exist for one amino acid!

the same sequence can also code for three completely different proteins depending on the reading frame
