is anyone else ever had this problem?

My name is jessica and I'm 22 years old. 5 years ago I had my son and I had a c-section. About 2 months after I had him I noticed my stomach started growing and I would have slight discomfort. So I went to my doctor and he told me that nothing was wrong. Any way to make a long story short it has been five years and now my stomach looks like I'm having triplets. I can no longer sit up straight because my stomach is so huge that when I try to sit up right it make my back hurt really bad and not to mention this whole time I have horrible constipation problems. Please someone give me some insight on something that I can do. THANK YOU!!!
