KRAS mutation screening

Hi all,

I have been searching around the internet for a test kit that can test KRAS mutations in clinical specimens.

So far I have found two companies.

-DxS - RUO kit that tests for 7 KRAS mutations using real-time PCR
-TrimGen - RUO kit that tests for 12 KRAS mutations using enhanced sequencing technology

If anyone else knows of companies on the market that sell kits, not just services, please let me know. I am very interested in providing this test in the future.

Basically here is the short and sweet story, it is important to know if you have a KRAS mutation prior to any anti-EGFR therapy with cetuximab and panitumumab. If the KRAS mutation is present than the drugs don't work.
