main features of the current theory of the origin of life

so way back in the day... when life on earth wasn't quite formed yet... the atmosphere was subjected to bursts of energy from ultraviolet rays, eletrical discharge in the form of lightning, heat from volcanic eruptions, hot springs and radioactive decay...

from all of this, organic molecules formed resulting in a dilute organic solution in oceans called primordial soup... from this solution in our oceans a colloidal system arose and eventually some of the larger cell-like structures would ingest smaller molecules

.... and as all of this stuff was mixing and churning... organic molecules getting bigger, ingesting smaller molecules... some of the membrane-bound protobionts developed the ability to replicate... and in basica words, things just kept getting bigger, more complex molecules kept on forming

and it all started when the earth was subjected to all of those early energy bursts... it's as if those early energy bursts got the ball rolling for life to orignate on earth... things (organic molecules) just kept on forming, getting bigger and bigger, getting more and more complex... it really does sound like a snowball going down a hill getting larger and larger

but yes, this is the way i understand the features of the current theory of the origin of life.
