Sharks have the most number of teeth but i'd say that the piranhas have the sharpest teeth.

The deffinition of sharp, as i know it, is that the angle formed in 2d by any longitudinal section on the tooth will be minimal. Pirania have wide teeth, so i voted big cats

The carnivorous piranha's teeth are razor sharp, and don't have the benefit of a huge jaw like the others.

If they're able to do that, then there will be no boat on the amazon river surface..
Is the structure of the teeth help?? because when we see the shark teeth, they are formed like a saw surfaced teeth. Is this structure helps them to penetrates their preys faster??
