Human Beta-globin Gene Expression Regulation

Hi everyone!

Ok i have a wee problem, I have an exam in two weeks, and I'm trying to find out information concerning the human beta globin gene cluster, and how it's expression is controlled during development, from embryo, to foetus, to adult....

Does anyone have any information, or know of any good papers? The main focus, as far as I am aware, concerns LCR regions and chromatin loops.
