magnetic bead separationHello everybody,
Recently we have a problem with positive selection of microglia using magnetic beads attached to an antibody against CD11b. The cells stick to the column, and they can not be eluted after removing the column from the magnetic field. Did anyone ever experience something similar and could help us solve this mistery? Thanks in advance.
