lysosomal enzymes don't interfere with protein

Hi, can anyone tell in the process of protein extraction we crush the sample in mortar pastel. By this process lysosomal enzymes should come out and interfere with protein.so wat to do for that?

Lysosomal enzymes are only active at a low pH, so you shouldn't have any problems with that in theory. In practice, I would keep the samples on ice if possible.
