What's the use of eyelids and eyelahes for human beings?[i hope this question doesn't sound as foolish as i feel :lol: ]

Actually it is a very legitimate question.Eyelids serve the purpose of cleaning the eye and spread tears all over the eyeball+keeping the light out when we are asleep.Eyelashes make sure that sweat, blood, water etc don't come in contact with the eye(this protection has a limit).

also it cleans your eyes and keeps the moist
Summer schedual/ gotta cram all chemo info and i have water polo practice 3 tiomes a day!!!!!!!..frick i nned some sleep!!

The eyelashes give a little added protection of keeping foreign particles out of the eye.
