protein modification and trafficking

hi guys can any one tell that protein modification are done else where than ER and Golgi complex where than addition of lipids and carbohydrates take place and even the protein folding is done in ER by enzyme such as protein disulfide isomerase and carbohydrates are added by dolichol carrier.

Is trafficking is done by means of trans & cis golgi complex by means of vesicles which carry the proteins to the targeted sites by the help of v & t SNARE proteins , Rab/GTP proteins and NFS/snaps complex . If this isn't protein trafficking can any suggest the correct way of protein modification and trafficking
