Seminiferous tubulesSeminiferous tubules in human testes are circular in cross section but appear in variety of different shapes...
WHY?
That makes not a lot of sense. Do you mean cross section diagram from a book or a real image of a seminiferous tubule?

Imagine a pipe, it is one seminiferous tubule. If you cut it transversally, you will get circular shape like ring shape. if you cut it longitudinally, you will get another shape, if you cut it diagonally, you will get another shape, etc. etc.
