FACS Calibration

Does anyone have a good source of information on calibrating a FACS machine.

What type of FACS you are talking about? BD, for example, has tutorials and manuals online, just go to their flow cytometry page and pick your machine. The support pages are at:

They also have good customer support that answer questions by email etc.

What comes to other flow cytometer manufacturers, you should probably start by checking their home pages for tech support and manuals.
