The lastest mammalian taxonomy list ??

Hi

I am having trouble looking for the lastest mammalian taxonomy list, the only version I found is 1993 but Im sure there must be a later version, maybe 2003, 2004,2005.

Anyone know where I can find the lastest list of all the taxonomy of mammal species?

KaylethGrey thats the version I found its the 1993 version, Im looking for a more updated version maybe 2003, 2004 or 2005 if possible.

Anything later then 1993.

Anyone else wanna have a stab at this?

Actually i think this is what you are looking for. It is from mithril's site, but the link that he gave leads to a list of all mamals

Thanks MrMistery and mithrilhack although I am wondering if there is a database to say which mammal is diurnal and which is noctournal. Would appreciate the help if anyone can find this.

I guess you can just google for the one that interests you. You will probably find what you need

MrMistery basically I intrested in all the amimals there. Thats what doing my head it the fact I have to create a database using that.

Does anyone know how I can import that file http://nmnhgoph.si.edu/msw/mammals_checklist.txt so on excel so its allin the right colums? cos im having a difficult time doing it
