A frog has 3 chambered heart. What impact the efficiency of the circulation of its oxygenated blood relative to a pig?

I know this:
Frog has 3 chambered heart
Breathes through lungs and skin

Pig has 4 chambered heart
Breathes through lungs (only)

That is all I know. Can anyone help me out?
