gel filtration or dialysis?Hi i was woundering if anybody can help me with the following... i wanted to find out which method out of gel filtration or dialysis is the better one for preparing a sample of haemoglobin completely free from chloride ions?
Also if anybody knows any good sites on this please could you let me know them too. Thanks
Think about the size of a chloride ion and whether or not the holes in the gel can block them out but keep hemoglobin.
