Sourest fruit?

So we all know theres a guiness record for hottest chili, is there one for sourest fruit? What about sweetest?

Well lemons are the sourest fruit I've ever eaten but that doesn't say much.

When I lived in Turkey, there were these Green plums that were so sour you would have a pucker for a week. :shock:

I love sour fruits. I eat lemons on their own but after a while they loose they're kick.

Once when half a lemon was left over from a Food Tech lesson the teacher asked me if I wanted it wrapped up or was it going to be thrown away? I just said no I'll eat it now!

Well, try kamias or A. balimbi. Very sour indeed. We actually add them as ingredients to enhance the sour taste of a common and loved menu here, the sinigang.
