m RNA purification

hello everybody
In a protocol of mRNA purification from RNA(Horsegrm plant)
I found magnetic beads in the finnal centrifugation step as a pellet(along with RNA pellet). How to remove those
particles.

Trizol extraction (Or phenol chloroform) and then an ethanol precipitation.
