An ROS producer that doesn't lead to protein carbonylationRecently, I found that one of my nanoparticles (silver) could not lead to elevated protein carbonyl levels (by DNP method using ELISA) in cultured cells, though in ROS studies, it does give a positive result. Any explanation? Thanks!
