I need guidance with the below topic
Effects of petroleum on micro-organisms experiment.

I am an IB student and studying biology for the first time in my life.
I have no clue about this and need someone to suggest and guide me... ( its really good if someone is willing to provide me with priviously done experiments on the above topic. )
