Plants dyingHello. I'm a high school senior from Norway, and I'm currently working on a biology-report. One of the things I'm supposed to discuss is the process that goes on in most plants around fall. I need a bunch of links that help me understand what happens when the plants die.
I hope you can help me. Sorry for the lack of biology terminology. Thanks.
Re: Plants dyingMaybe you could clarify some things. Do you want information about what happens to plants in fall? Because they don't all die, some only go dormant. Or do you actually want information about when plants die?
In the fall only some grasses dye. Tries only lose their leaves(google for leaf abscission and ethylene).
