help for neuroblastoma research

Hello every one. Can some warm-hearted person tell me how I can get gangalion tissue from wild type 129 mouse. we know neuroblastomas originated from mycn transgenic mouse often start from gangalion tissue in the abdomen. Cause this tissue is very tiny. I want to dissect this tissue for RT-PCR but I failed. Does someone know some information about the dissection or maybe some company can sell this kind of tissue. Thank you!
