I really don't understand cellular respiration at all.. Will someone please explain this to me in detail?? I know it has something to do with the structure of mitochondria.. Or something..

Try looking here.

there is a 50-page chapter on cellular respiration in any decent biochemistry book. Obviously too much to explain here. Read it on wikipedia or in your textbook, and we will welcome any questions on what you don't understand.
