can UV light be a cause of congenital developmental defects?
I think not since the UV light can't reach the fetus or the gametes of the mother.

because UV light has short penetrans
We are all god's children, no wonder our teeth are so dark!!!

But when the mother got some effect from it, she won't be physiologically healthy to nourish her child until delivery.
