I have a few questions I need answered

I could not get the right answers and could not get the links I was given previously to work. And the research I did apparently was wrong so I am asking in a different way

1. What would happen If I put animal tissue in distilled water?
B. How would the mass change?

2. How would the mass of a potato change with sugar concentraion in it?
