You waited about 3 minutes for a response? You have to wait at least a day for a response on here.

Also, if you want help from the many knowledgable people on here, you have to be willing to do a little work yourself. People are much more responsive if you fully explain what it is you're after, and you show the thoughts you have on the subject. Otherwise people feel like they are doing your homework for you.

As far as pectinase goes, I've no clue... sorry.
