effect of temperature yeast

hey doing cw atm and its kinda late in so im rushing to do it!
but quick question in the analyses part...

i have to find the volume of carbon dioxide produced.
i have a 5mm tubing and 54mm of carbon dioxide (this is how far it has moved the eosin substance in the capillary tubing)
is it simply 5x54? as my friend has got the answer into her thousands....?
please help!
