Elodea Microscope DiagramOkay, so I've taken a picture of an Elodea cell.
And I have to label atleast 5 things on the cell. The picture I took can be found here (I did not stain the cell): http://www.freewebtown.com/adeel/elodea2.JPG Now, I can easily label cell wall, chloroplast and cytoplasm, but I was also hoping to label the nucleolus and nuclear membrane, as is seen in this picture I found here: http://www.ndpteachers.org/perit/Elodea%5B1%5D.JPG I think I've located a possible nucleolus and nuclear membrane, but I may just be seeing things.. I remember reading somewhere that spotting the nucleolus is rare without first staining the cell. Do you guys think that's a possible nucleolus and nuclear membrane? It's at the bottom right, and I've boxed it.
well, from my experience it does indeed look like a nucleus and nucleoulus. however, staining is used for a reason. Guessing is not a good habit in science.

Yeah I know I should have stained it... And yeah, I shouldn't be guessing. Thanks for the input.
