atherosclerotic diseaseif you were to add olive oil to your diet as part of a way to lower your risk of atherosclerotic disease,you would use olive oil that
a)was liquid at room temperature b)was hydrogenated c)was modified to be solid at room temperature d)had lard added to it. e)none of the above I need some help on this question i have for class.if someone could please help me by telling me what the answer is and why I am stumped!!thanx in advanced!!
