This is so weird, my bioE class just told me to watch this video, my biology grad student instructor also told me to watch it...

well it is probably the best general cellular biology animation ever made. if not, definetly in the top 5. i discovered the long version about a year ago, downloaded it and showed it to everyone i know who is interested in cell bio.
