electric shockHi, I had an electrical shock that threw me off a ladder in 1974, while testing equipment since then I have had short term memory lose.
But at the time i did not know if the shock had caused it, but now reading about other people who had a shock and having short term memory lose soon after I believe that yeah it does intefer with the short term memory of the brain. Lets face it being a electrician the brain is being generated by electricity so when there is overload something got to give. cheers bruce[/b]
Do you have a question?
"As a biologist, I firmly believe that when you're dead, you're dead. Except for what you live behind in history. That's the only afterlife" - J. Craig Venter
Re: electric shockThese people who reported short term memory loss, what KIND of a shock did they receive?
I've heard of the memory loss occuring in cases of EST...
It makes sense that concept if the neural connections were damaged in some way or brain development was held back.
