UrineModerator: BioTeam UmBut, I wanna ask another thing...Does urine have some substances that if get recycled by human body will create a beneficial substances? Maybe amino-acids will be formed from urea that contains Nitrogen....if they get in to human's body once again. Actually I discuss about this not for joking around but I've seen the reality of it. I've seen people who drink their own urine are healthier than us......
Maybe they are, but i'm not sure it is from drinking urine. Now what you are saying does make some sense, and would be great if we could do it, but we can't. The only animal that can turn urea into protein is the bear: he doesn't drink his urine, he does this recycling during hibernation.

One ethnicity that drinks urine on a regular basis is indians. Supposedly cow urine is a popular chilled drink....but they consider it healthy only because the cow is holy.

ancient believesWell, I think they "dare" to drink it because they still believe in ancient believes. But, when we see the truth now...we can consider that's a good advice also...now, it depends on our guts to drink it....DO ANYONE WHO WANNA GIVE A TRY??
maybe there's a same thing[quote="MrMistery"]Maybe they are, but i'm not sure it is from drinking urine. well, since bear and us human are classified into mammals, don't you think that it's possible for us to do the same?
isn't true that urine is good for you because it contains vitamin P?

Urine can contain B and C vitamins but those vitamins are the ones which the body doesn't need. They are excess and thats why the body excretes them.

The reality says....But we can't deny the reality. Another fact in my country says that a women whose age is about more than 70 is looks like if she was still 55..When she's asked what is the recipe to stay young...She said that she dinked her own pee, washed her face with her own pee and do the "listerine" mouthwash with her own pee (of course after that she used some water to clean the smell). After that she said that urine is the water of life.
The info that we posses is simply from an anatomy textbook. Nothing is that simple. It would require a scientific study to determine what the exact effect is on a cellular level of each of the over 50 "ingredients" in urine... And the effect of them combined..
when i went through the discussions on drinking urine afd blood, i got very curious about poeple drinking commercial bleach .As far as i know it contains much more harmful chemicals and some people drink it too....nothing happens to them except fainting i guess...so could urine be harmful than commercial bleach

There are people who take drugs even if they contain more harmful substances than a tone of urine
Now, from what I know commercial bleach is a solution with a high concentration of Cl- ions. From what I know, Cl doesn't harm the body, even if quite large quantities
