I need identify Mycoplasma in cell vaccine and I've to apply microbiological method (according to Polish Pharmacopoeia VII edition). Please, help me if you know good base and procedure. I'll be grateful for answer.

Isn't the method described in your polish pharmacopeia? Or at least don't they give a list of methods with names that we could recognize after translation?

Thanks for answer :D .Yes, of course, I've method, but it's very general. Then, I look for 'inspected' base (I've used ATTC bases).
