House Dust Mite

Has anyone worked with a house dust mite as allergen in human tissue colture? e.g., mononuclear cells?

If so, can you tell me what was he procedure, and how did you induce this micro-organism on those cells?

As I understand it, it's not the mites that carry the antigens, it's their droppings.
