Hi I have a problem isolating plant cells. Are three microscopic tools for this process or chemicals is used?

One more thing in micro injection there is a device witch holds the cell. What is this device called? Thanks

What you ae looking for is amicromanipulator. If I were you I would start winning lotteer right now...

this is one of the equipments on your list that u cant afford. For what you are doing, just get a microscope and observe a seed, or a plant that is starting to sprout. and use your microinjector on the cells you can see.

No I’ve got every thing ready
Ok here is the list of what I bought

900X computer microscope
2 micro pumps one for injections and other for suction to hold the cell
20 needles very fine 0.5 um outer diameters
2 micropositioner. For guiding the needle
Cell culture kit (agar nutrient and hormones and stuff)
I think all I need is a needle to hold a cell with and the Luc vector. And a pregnant fish I’m hoping I can do the experiment with snails since they breed like mad in my garden. I’m also what to do this experiment on bacteria and small plants
All this equipment cost me something about
£300 from eBay

Any ideas on how to get then to mate. I watch them yesterday for 1 hour they were ready to mate but no dart to inject the sperm. Maybe I can open one and extract the sperm go from there.

you may use some of lust solution on them.

you dont have the equipment for fertilizing on your own.
Just capture an infant snail, and do it on it. The result wont be as good as the embryo one.
