No I’ve got every thing ready
Ok here is the list of what I bought 900X computer microscope 2 micro pumps one for injections and other for suction to hold the cell 20 needles very fine 0.5 um outer diameters 2 micropositioner. For guiding the needle Cell culture kit (agar nutrient and hormones and stuff) I think all I need is a needle to hold a cell with and the Luc vector. And a pregnant fish I’m hoping I can do the experiment with snails since they breed like mad in my garden. I’m also what to do this experiment on bacteria and small plants All this equipment cost me something about £300 from eBay Last edited by mehdi71000 on Sun Jun 03, 2007 9:57 pm, edited 1 time in total.
Any ideas on how to get then to mate. I watch them yesterday for 1 hour they were ready to mate but no dart to inject the sperm. Maybe I can open one and extract the sperm go from there.
