A, B, G, H, I are covered in those general bio books pretty nicely for an exam of that level. C---F, u need a human biology book.

I've already got my Biology (7th ed) by Campbell, and it has only cost me approximately 25 USD, and it's BRAND NEW. Still in shrink wrap...
