Why do we feel tired when we sit for a long time in one place :?: :?

is it anything to do with muscular contraction?
i donot know
i am confused

As I read in my school book yeah! When you sit for a long time your circulation is slow and less oxygen your cells get and when you walk contraction of muscles help the circulation of blood.

This is really interesting cause majority of my time i sit or am lying and am really tired though i do nothing. Even my sleeping isnt of no power.
