where to purchase GFP&Microinjection&Pulling needlesHi guys
I’m looking for Microinjection & Pulling Needles & GFP protein on a vector. Can you supply me with a inexpensive source please? I found micro injectors very cheap on eBay but they don’t come with a needle. I found also mono injector syringe but i doubt it’s the same thing. Thanks Last edited by mehdi71000 on Thu May 17, 2007 12:59 am, edited 1 time in total.
woah I just realized how expensive the injector is, which is why I'm sure the person I knew who didnt buy it that time for his students. You know what he did, his people used a microscope to view, and used a micropippete instead. This is not a complex experiment, so they probably tried a lot of times with it.
Just remember, as long as u dont destroy the embryo, it is a success. and of course the animals have to grow up
Thanks are the needle of micropipette thin enough because I saw few on eBay for £10
I also found some Microinjection syringes on eBay for £20 but the needles are about £20 for 2 from http://www.med1online.com but if micropipette does the job what the heck. any ideas on were i can find some GFP? thanks i found this picture on the net cool
