How panic disorder oocur?

How panic disorder occur??

Brain or nerve problem?? or uncontrolable the synaptic knob? or the failure sending the impulse?

hmm i dont know the specific neuron involved, but I do know that the drugs used to treat these things usually inhibit neurons. benzodiazepine, for example goes after the GABBA receptor on neurons.
