Embryonic stem cell

Is it safe to say....Embryonic stem cells are coming from donors that would like medical information on different illnesses for research purposes and that these stem cells that are being donated are not human life and couln't be....because many that are donated are too old. Also....the controvery regarding the project is ?

Apologies, but I can't get around your English to figure out what it is you are trying to say.

However:
The controversy comes from this: when does a ball of cells become 'a person'?

Embryonic stem cells are those special cells that form early on in the blastocyst and have the potential to differentiate to any type of cell in the body. When you 'harvest' them, you 'kill' the rest of blastocyst.

Are you killing life by doing this?
