hmmmmmmm, not sperm, but a female can produce another hormone, also somtimes sex cells can be incorrect. eg. a women can have XY chromosomes, its rare but it happens

In humans, the Y chromosome is the definitive marker for gender, so you can't have one and be "technically" female. You may be physically female, you may even be functionally female (but only if critical cells lack the Y), but you're technically male.
Unless you're a chimera.
from what little i know sperms can either have an X chromosome or a Y chromosome....and that is why the sex of the child is determined by the father...so what significance has the y chromosome over here?
