Measuring Lung capacity and volumeInstead of letting us know the figure.. what are the functions of measuring these stuff? e.g. residual, tidal, vital volumes.
Certain conditions can affect the various volumes or pumping efficiency - you take those measurements because they can mean something. If you're healthy and taking it in a class, it's to give you an idea of how it all works.
At least, I think that's what you're asking...
