Nose problems

Postby fireblaze » Wed Apr 04, 2007 9:09 am

Hi, guys i would like your view on this problem.

I was 15, when i used to basketball every day. sometimes my nose would be hit by the basketball when i was under the hoop. which resulted in swelling; making my nose 'bigger and fatter'. Now I am 19, my body is still growing slowly. for two days i cannot breath through my left nasal. i have cleasnt it time and time. Now my nose is getting even fatter around my nostrals.

i look forward to your replies. :)

Maybe you got broken nose but you don't feel painful because it is cartilage structure. Please see your doctor to get medical advice, maybe ask her/him for rontgen if you are worry about it. Hope nothing bad happens to your nose.

Sounds kinda' like a deviated septum. It generally doesn't cause any problems aside from inhibited sinus drainage -- a CT scan of your sinuses can tell your doc whether it's severe enough to need surgical correction.
