Could somebody kindly describe and explain the trend of the results?
Give as detailed answers as you could.
PLease also write down any possible errors in performing the experiment.


**Besides... 2 more questions....

1) Predict and explain whether there will be any changes in the results if
the iced liver is warmed to 37*C.

2) Explain the result for boiled liver. Why did you obtain such a result
even when the boiled liver was cooled to room temperature?

You can't really plot a trend unless you decide what your axis are, figure out how to categorize the relationship between liver and apple(good luck, I have no idea how).

There's no possible errors? You didn't tell me any.

1. Predict? How do I do that? Oh right, trend...
2. Obviously cooling a liver isn't the same as unboiling it.

I believe this has something to do with the proteins denaturing? There shouldn't be a reaction..

Yeah, there's a reaction to cause the bubbles.

Even if you change the temperature of the boiled liver, no reaction will take place..

and i'm still wondering what exactly is this person doing??? Is it supposed to be testing for active protein? or is it the tissue's reaction with some kind of oxido-reductase?......mysterious...

Emm...it could be testing the reaction of Catalase with differen tissues that used to be done in highschool...but then fresh liver contain lots of Catalase anyway so what's the point...
