Need help!!!

Hi,
I'm doing a project on protein topoisomerase. I need to find 5 binding partners (that is, other proteins) and their affinity to topoisomerase. Any help would appreciate it! Thank you!!!

What is topoisomerase? :? It is an enzyme indeed, but what's the specific function?

umm does topoisomerase have something do to with DNA and the fact that it relieves stress during DNA replication..

DNA topisomerase... You may also know it as DNA gyrase... It prevents supercoiling of DNA...
